I am a postgraduate student with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education: Sports andFitness Studies that graduated with academic honors and am currently continuing my studies further by pursuing my Master’s degree in Applied Physiology with a track in Strength and Conditioning. I am also a highly dedicated, passionate, and respected Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach with experience in coaching group settings in conjunction with individualized personal training. I strive to constantly provide an energetic, motivating, strong and healthy work environment. I am constantly searching for new, improved, and contemporary research that can assist me in helping individuals reach their intended goals. I intend to keep my knowledge and skills growing through academia and I aspire to excel not just as a student but asa professional in my field.
